Your lucky I'm sharing this one!!!

This is my famous meatloaf recipe. You will love this one!!!

Mini Meatloaves
INGREDIENTS
1 egg
3/4 cup milk
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup quick cooking oats
1 teaspoon salt
1 pound ground beef
2/3 cup ketchup
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons prepared mustard

DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a large bowl, combine the egg, milk, cheese, oats and salt. Add the ground beef, mixing well, and form this mixture into eight miniature meatloaves. Place these in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a separate small bowl, combine the ketchup, brown sugar and mustard. Stir thoroughly and spread over each meatloaf.
Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45 minutes

Yum-o! I am so going to make these for dinner this week, as soon as my stomach can handle any more ground beef. We have been eating leftovers from the spaghetti dinner all weekend! Thanks for letting me invite myself over the other night, that was fun.

OK, I made these for dinner tonight and they were awesome! I'm not one to cater to my kids as far as food goes because there is always someone who doesn't like something in a family of six so I just make the things that Ryan and I like and everyone else can take it or leave it. I have less than five dinners that every one of us loves---i'm adding this one to the list! Also, I may be stealing your idea of posting a weekly recipe.

Whoops, I just saw that I was signed in under Ryan's account when I posted that last one. I'm sure you figured that out though, lest you would think that Ryan is the one who cooks dinner!
